ConclusionsMeasuring the PNI before trimodality therapy is important for predicting the clinical outcome of patients with LA-NSCLC, with differing predictive ability according to the disease extent. Perioperative intensive nutritional intervention must be considered for patients who undergo trimodality therapy for LA-NSCLC.
