Post Mastectomy Radiation Treatment (PMRT) is an important component of the multidisciplinary management of local advanced breast cancer patients. Hypofractionation has become the new standard of care after breast conserving surgery but has not been yet adopted in the setting of post mastectomy radiation (PMRT) in most countries.
