The purpose of this prospective matched paired study was to compare the in vivo migration patterns using Ein Bild Roentgen Analyse femoral component (EBRA-FCA) of shortened versus standard-length stems cemented line-to-line in primary total hip arthroplasty (THA) at two-year follow-up.
