Prevention of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity: a systematic review and network meta-analysis
Conclusions The amount of left ventricular ejection fraction used by cardiac agents in anthracycline-based chemotherapy was reduced to a lesser extent. The effective and ineffective drugs were spironolactone and metoprolol, respectively.
