 ATLANTA—Practices that are looking to expand their treatment capabilities, do more in-office procedures and provide better services to patients will find extended fields of views (FOV) and advanced software capabilities with the CS 8200 3D Family, the newest set of powerful imaging systems from Carestream Dental.  The CS 8200 3D is a versatile multi-modality system that includes 2D panoramic imaging, CBCT imaging, 3D object scanning and optional cephalometric imaging with the added enhancements of larger FOVs and incredibly advanced algorithms that help doctors see more and do more for patients. Six selectable FOVs, from 4 cm x 4 cm to 12 cm x 10 cm, cover both daily clinical applications and more advanced treatments. The EndoHD mode, available on the smallest FOV, delivers extremely high-resolution scans (75 µm) to see even the finest details of root canal morphology.
