Propofol versus dexmedetomidine during drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE) for pediatric obstructive sleep apnea.

CONCLUSION: We did not find a significant difference in the degree of upper airway obstruction on DISE in children sedated with propofol versus dexmedetomidine.
