Quantitation of Circumferential Syndesmophyte Height along the Vertebral Rim in Ankylosing Spondylitis Using Computed Tomography.

CONCLUSION: CT-based circumferential syndesmophyte height had excellent reliability and good sensitivity to change. It was more highly correlated with spine flexibility than syndesmophyte volume.
