Effect of Regulating the Expression of HSP47 on Collagen Metabolism in Scleral Fibroblasts.

CONCLUSION: HSP 47 affects collagen metabolism in scleral fibroblasts. It appears to promote the synthesis and secretion of collagen I as well as inhibit degradation.
