CDC Data Show Disproportionate COVID-19 Impact in American Indian/Alaska Native Populations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released a study that examines COVID-19 effects on American Indian and Native American (AI/AN) populations. Findings show that COVID-19 cases among AI/AN were 3.5 times higher than non-Hispanic whites and AI/AN who tested positive also tended to be younger.
