Preservation of Internal Branch of Superior Laryngeal Nerve during Surgery for Hypopharyngeal Cancer.

CONCLUSIONS: Our results showed that preservation of the ibSLN during surgery for HSCC is feasible and important in the recovery of sensation in the hypopharyngeal mucosa.
