Board topic breakdown

Scheduled to take boards this November and I’m using the AAFP board review guide but I realize that the module section has been replaced. The AAFP board review lists the top question categories as Respiratory Cardiovascular Musculoskeletal Module But now that the module has been removed what is the 4th category that is high yield Thanks
