Anaphylaxis is an acute, life-threatening systemic allergic reaction that may have a wide range of clinical manifestations.1 Some of those signs and symptoms are similar to those that happen during the acute respiratory distress caused by the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).2
