Expanding the use of six-minute walking test in patients with intermittent claudication
Six-minute walking test (6MWT) has been widely in patients with symptomatic peripheral artery disease (PAD) to quantify the walking impairment and the efficacy of different therapeutic interventions. Despite the above-mentioned usefulness of 6MWT for PAD, the information provided by this test goes beyond the meters walked.
