7 day drink more water challenge

It affects everything about our bodies because they are made up of significant amounts of water. It’s one of the reasons people can go without food for several days, but they can’t go without water. For example, lack of water affects our weight as our bodies will hold on to it, in fact it’s slightly ironic that the more you drink the more weight you can lose. Back in the day, at least in the UK, the majority of people drank what was called ‘small beer‘, a heavily watered down beer, because the water wasn’t as a safe as it is now. And today, in many parts of the world, the water is still not safe to be drunk so other prepared drinks are preferable. But, if you are in a country where the water supply is safe then it’s probably better for you in this particular challenge than say coffee, tea...
