Research on the individualized short ‐term training model of nurses in emergency isolation wards during the outbreak of COVID‐19
ConclusionsIn this study, the personalized emergency training mode was feasible in the emergency isolation ward during the COVID ‐19 epidemic, which rapidly improved the rescue ability of nurses and effectively avoid the occurrence of cross‐infection. This mode can provide a valuable reference for the emergency training of nurses in the future.
