Conclusions for PracticeThis study highlights dietary and physical activity patterns associated with obesity in reproductive-age women. Lifestyle interventions focused on minimizing consumption of the Western diet and increasing physical activity may provide an opportunity to reduce obesity among reproductive-age women.
