YMCA closes downtown Milwaukee branch, citing community Covid-19 spread

Citing the concentration of Covid-19 cases in the city of Milwaukee, the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee temporarily closed its downtown Milwaukee branch. The branch closing was announced via email to members Saturday night Aug. 1 but the branch is closed Sundays, so the shutdown took effect Monday morning.
