Kounis Syndrome after Angioplasty of the Superficial Femoral Artery with Paclitaxel-Coated Balloon

We present a rare case of acute coronary syndrome secondary to anaphylaxis after inflation of a paclitaxel-coated balloon used to treat a recurrent superficial femoral artery stenosis.
