Building a collaborative culture: Focus on psychological safety and error reporting.

CONCLUSIONS: Overall, the results of this study suggest that structured teamwork training in the cardiothoracic OR environment has the potential to improve teamwork, psychological safety, communication, and potentially also improve patient outcomes.
