Pathogenic Variants in Breast Cancer Susceptibility Genes in Older Women

To the Editor The advent of sequencing technologies has brought genetic information to the forefront of clinical decision-making for cancer patients. Universal germline testing for hereditary cancer is not yet recommended; rather, there are guidelines on who to test based on certain features suggestive of hereditary predisposition, such as early age at diagnosis and family history.
