ConclusionsMethotrexate/pegloticase co-therapy resulted in a higher responder rate than the established 42% with pegloticase alone. Therefore, methotrexate/pegloticase co-therapy may safely allow more patients to benefit from a full treatment course, likely through ADA attenuation.
