CRNA and ASA IV or V patients?

I am a medical student from Poland.
I want to be an anesthesiologist, so I started reading about the work of anesthesiologists in different countries.
I was surprised to see on IG that CRNAs in the USA are practicing independently. In Europe, there always must be one anaesthesiologist and nurse in the operating room.
