Cross-cultural adaptation and reliability testing of the Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator Patient Concerns Questionnaire for optimizing the care of Polish patients with implantable cardioverter defibrillators.

CONCLUSION: The Polish adaptation of the ICDC has proven to be a useful and quick tool to assess patient's concerns after ICD implantation.
