AbstractSymptomatic gastric outlet obstruction (GOO) is seen in at the end ‐stage of pancreatobiliary cancers and gastroduodenal cancers. Recently, endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) guided‐gastrojejunostomy (GJ) using lumen‐apposing metal stent (LAMS) has emerged as alternative to surgical GJ and endoscopic gastroduodenal stenting [1‐3].
