Circular RNA Circ_0000064 promotes the proliferation and fibrosis of mesangial cells via miR-143 in diabetic nephropathy.

In conclusion, we demonstrated the regulatory role of circ_0000064 in DN and clarified that circ_0000064 play a role in DN via targeting miR-143. Circ_0000064 and miR-143 also showed the potential as a biomarker for DN.
