Endoscopic endonasal balloon-dacryoplasty in failed dacryocystorhinostomy.

CONCLUSION: Our results indicate that trans-nasal balloon-assisted dacryoplasty can be considered as a safe and reliable surgical approach after a failed primary dacryocystorhinostomy.
