Metabolic profiling of senkyunolide A and identification of the metabolite in hepatocytes by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography combined with diode array detector and high resolution mass spectrometry.

CONCLUSIONS: Hydroxylation, epoxidation, aromatization and GSH conjugation were the main metabolic pathways of senkyunolide A.
