Syrian female war refugees: preliminary fibromyalgia and insomnia screening and treatment trends.

CONCLUSIONS: Fibromyalgia prevalence is high among female refugees and is associated with insomnia. The treatment is suboptimal. The early screening and raising awareness of FM diagnosis and treatments are highly recommended.
