Patients ’ experiences on adverse drug reactions reporting: a qualitative study

ConclusionsMost participants were unaware of MedEffect and reported ADRs to physicians and pharmacists. Several barriers and motives affected patients ’ reporting of ADRs. MedEffect form could be simplified for use by patients.
