Multiparametric quantitative analysis of tumor perfusion and diffusion with 3t MRI: Differentiation between benign and malignant soft tissue tumors.

CONCLUSIONS: Multiparametric MRI can be useful to differentiate benign and malignant soft tissue tumorsusing IVIM-DWI and DCE-MRI. ADVANCES IN KNOWLEDGE: · Pure tissue diffusion (D), transfer constant (Ktrans), rate constant (Kep), and initial area under time-signal intensity curve (iAUC) can be used to differentiate benign malignant soft tissue tumors.· Ktrans and iAUC enable differentiation of benign and malignant myxoid soft tissue tumors.
