Duke adds to hotel collection, plans to rebrand property

Duke University added to its collection of hotels this week with the purchase of a two-building property. The university paid $8.95 million for the Cambria Hotel Durham, which features 148 rooms across two buildings situated at 3206 Elba and 400 Elf streets. The property is surrounded on all sides by the Duke University Medical Center.
