ConclusionOne-stage posterior corrective surgery is safe and effective in PAIS patients associated with intraspinal abnormalities without preoperative neurological symptoms. Surgical guidelines of AIS are appropriate for the treatment of PAIS patients associated with intraspinal abnormalities.
