In-situ synthesis of a novel MOAC affinity probe for the selective enrichment of low-abundance phosphopeptides.

CONCLUSIONS: This novel MOAC affinity probe (G@PDA@ZrO2 ), prepared by in-situ grafting metal oxides onto the surface of the carrier, showed good performance in enriching phosphopeptides.
