Experience with Vinorelbine in Patients with Breast Cancer and Hyperbilirubinaemia Secondary to Liver Metastases
Purpose: Patients with hepatic dysfunction as a consequence of breast cancer with liver metastases have a very poor prognosis and limited systemic treatment options [1]. Pharmacokinetic studies suggest vinorelbine can be administered safely in patients with hyperbilirubinaemia [2]; however, very few data are available on the efficacy of this approach.
