Radiotherapy dose and survival outcomes in human papillomavirus positive oropharyngeal cancer.

CONCLUSION: Human papillomavirus positive oropharyngeal carcinoma patients had excellent outcomes with definitive radiotherapy doses of 50 Gy to less than 66 Gy.
