Response to: Models and theoretical frameworks for osteopathic care - A critical view and call for updates and research

Practicing osteopathy in a country where it has recently been regulated at an academic level, and recognizing the absolute importance of background education in professional practice, it was with great interest that we read the editorial titled “Models and theoretical frameworks for osteopathic care – a critical view and call for updates and research” by Esteves J et al. in the IJOM, 2020 [1].
