Hepatic Xanthogranuloma that Originated from a Liver Cyst and Mimicked a Malignant Tumor

Conclusion: The patient was diagnosed with a hepatic xanthogranuloma that originated from a hemorrhagic liver cyst. Intracystic hemorrhage may be one of the reasons for hepatic xanthogranuloma formation.
