Composite Cartilage-osseous-mucosal Nasoseptal Flap for Reconstruction after Near Total Rhinectomy.

CONCLUSIONS: We present here the first successful application of a composite cartilage-osseous-mucosal NSF for multilayered nasal reconstruction.
