I am very privileged to have been the consulting editor of Primary Care: Clinics in Office Practice since 2007 and am honored to continue serving our readers. Like my colleague consulting editors across the many other Clinics series, we strive to provide key topics for each issue coupled with relevant subtopics authored by leading experts. This issue on immunizations is no different. Yet since our plan to create this important issue, the world has changed. Forever.
