Sleeve resection uniportal video assisted thoracoscopic surgery, feasible and reproducible: case report.
We presented a 41-year-old male patient, with history of cough with hemoptysis due to an exophytic lesion of the right main bronchus. Diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumor type 1 (carcinoid tumor) was confirmed with bronchoscopy. Complete circumferential resection was performed, with terminal-terminal anastomosis and reconstruction. Satisfactory postoperative evolution. In post-surgical follow-up.
