Cervical carcinoma in the setting of uterovaginal prolapse: comparing standard versus tailored management.

Conclusions: Cervical cancer in the setting of stage III-IV uterovaginal prolapse can be managed successfully with standard treatment strategies (primary surgery with adjuvant therapy as necessary versus chemoradiation).
