Implementing a collaborative medicine and pharmacy educational activity in two countries.

CONCLUSIONS: IPE across different professions and countries is feasible. Positive outcomes in role understanding and perceived patient outcomes are achievable through a context-sensitive, locally driven approach to implementation.
