Successful Heart Transplant in a Childhood Cancer Survivor With Chemoradiotherapy-Induced Cardiomyopathy.
We describe herein a childhood cancer survivor after a cancer anamnesis with 2 different malignancies and an end-stage heart failure following chemoradiotherapy who was successfully treated with orthotopic heart transplant.
