The feasibility of muscle mitochondrial respiratory chain phenotyping across the cognitive spectrum in Parkinson's disease.

CONCLUSIONS: Detailed phenotyping, muscle biopsy and imaging was feasible and acceptable across a spectrum of cognitive function in PD.
