Phototherapeutic Keratectomy in Macular and Granular Dystrophy: Two-year Results.
CONCLUSIONS: Phototherapeutic keratectomy is an effective and safe option for treatment in both granular and macular corneal dystrophy. Recurrence is a more common problem in patients with macular dystrophy, and recurrent therapies or keratoplasty methods are needed more frequently.
