Childhood-maltreatment subtypes in bipolar patients with suicidal behavior: systematic review and meta-analysis.

CONCLUSIONS: Childhood maltreatment, as assessed by the CTQ, may contribute to an increased risk of suicidal behavior among people with bipolar disorders.
