Severe Gastric Mucosal Necrosis: A Complication of Bariatric Arterial Embolization

Bariatric arterial embolization is a minimally invasive procedure aimed at modulating important appetite-regulating neuroendocrine signals. This is a case of a patient who developed upper gastrointestinal bleeding following bariatric arterial embolization. Institutional review board approval is not required for case reports.
