Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Prescribing Trends and Pharmacist-Led Outbreak Preparedness in Long Term Care Pharmacy During COVID-19

To address the threat posed by COVID-19 in long term care facilities, our pharmacy implemented an outbreak suppression strategy, and tracked prescriptions of anti-infectives and hydroxychloroquine sulfate in over 2,000 LTC facilities.
