How to perform EUS ‐guided hepaticogastrostomy easier and safer

ABSTRACTEndoscopic ultrasound ‐guided hepaticogastrostomy (EUS‐HGS) is a useful method for failed ERCP cases[1,2]. B2 route is technically easier than B3 route for puncture the bile duct, guidewire insertion, dilation the track and antegrade stenting. But, B2 route is commonly trans‐esophagus with the conventional oblique‐ viewing EUS. Trans‐esophagus puncture may cause mediastinitis and severe complications[3].
