Letter to the Editor - Differentiation of atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia and nodofascicular reentry tachycardia

We read the interesting case of supraventricular tachycardia with ventriculo-atrial dissociation.1 by Ortman M, et al. In this case, atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia (AVNRT) with upper common pathway block and nodofascicular reentry tachycardia (NFRT) were listed on the differential. The His refractory premature ventricular complex (HRPVC) reset the timing of His potential. NFRT and atypical AVNRT with bystander NF pathway are both possible diagnoses. After ventricular entrainment pacing, the post pacing interval (PPI) – tachycardia cycle length (TCL) was less than 115ms.
